Description We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Portage, Michigan. This role requires an individual with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients. You will play a critical role in maintaining server and network infrastructure while ensuring seamless operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide direct support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues efficiently. u2022 Manage and maintain server environments, including virtualization and network operations. u2022 Perform triage and troubleshooting for support requests, identifying and implementing solutions promptly. u2022 Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations. u2022 Oversee Windows-based systems, ensuring updates and security measures are implemented. u2022 Collaborate with team members to manage projects and ensure timely completion. u2022 Apply cybersecurity best practices to safeguard data and systems from potential threats. u2022 Leverage automation and artificial intelligence tools to optimize system performance. u2022 Work with Dell and Citrix technologies to ensure compatibility and functionality across platforms. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service within a technical environment. u2022 Strong proficiency in Active Directory and Windows Server. u2022 Familiarity with Windows 10 and Dell Technologies. u2022 Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies. u2022 Knowledge of server and network infrastructure, including virtualization. u2022 Background in cybersecurity and automation is highly desirable. u2022 Ability to effectively manage and complete technical projects. u2022 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
