Univision is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst who is detail-oriented, strategically focused, and intellectually curious to support the continued growth of our business. This role is responsible for supporting month- and year-end close processes, financial planning and forecasting, account analysis, and a variety of ad hoc financial initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities while consistently delivering high-quality results. They are able to work independently, analyze complex data sets, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to drive results and improve processes are essential. YOUR DAY-DAY:u2022 Oversee month-end close activities, monthly forecasting, and the annual budgeting processu2022 Prepare content acquisition rights schedules and maintain monthly forecast updatesu2022 Develop Programming & Entertainment cash flow schedules and update forecasts on a monthly basisu2022 Support the preparation of monthly operational review materialsu2022 Prepare balance sheet analyses for monthly review and quarterly variance (flux) reportingu2022 Produce quarterly deliverables and management reportsu2022 Manage revenue streams related to royalties and talent licensing agreementsu2022 Prepare and process quarterly music royalty payoutsu2022 Prepare and submit billing requests for assigned projectsu2022 Partner with the operations team to coordinate vendor payments and ensure timely processingu2022 Perform additional responsibilities and ad hoc projects as assigned by department leadership YOU HAVE:u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in accounting or financeu2022 5-7 yearsu2019 experience in accounting/finance u2022 Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferredu2022 Previous work experience in Entertainment or Media industry is preferredu2022 Advanced Microsoft Office program (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)u2022 Preferred knowledge of Oracle applications (PBCS)u2022 Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify issues and solve problems effectively u2022 Team player with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills u2022 Demonstrated success with systems and data visualization toolsu2022 Must be able to work well independently and take ownership of projects OUR BENEFITS:TelevisaUnivision believes that a happy, well-balanced employee is what makes our culture thrive.
