Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate transactions and civil litigation. u2022 Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures. u2022 Exceptional skills in drafting motions, agreements, and other legal documents. u2022 Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Microsoft Office Suite. u2022 California paralegal certificate or paralegal certification, along with a bacheloru2019s degree. u2022 Ability to analyze and resolve complex legal issues effectively. u2022 Excellent communication and organizational skills. u2022 Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
