Review footage for potential lease violations, and send evidence to property management and/or CAReS team, as assigned.Respond to and report resident and building emergencies, including calling 911 as needed.Assist in maintaining a safe environment by taking note of obstruction in hallways, lights that need to be replaced, suspicious activities, and unusual smells or sounds.Monitor parking lot to verify that vehicles in lot are registered and operable (if applicable).Respond to emergency calls forwarded from the answering municate any safety related incidents with CAReS staff.Assist with maintenance projects and upkeep as assigned.
