As a Production team member, you will be part of a dedicated workforce supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, the ability to follow directions, and a commitment to food safety, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Production Location: Rice, MN Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour Shifts: 1st Shift = Monday u2013 Friday (7 AM u2013 3 PM) 2nd Shift = Monday u2013 Friday (3 PM u2013 1 AM) What's the Job? + Work at a fast pace to meet production goals. + Lift up to 50 lbs, utilizing upper body strength. + Rotate through three positions on the production line. + Adhere to food safety policies and procedures. + Collaborate effectively with team members. What's Needed? + Ability to follow directions accurately. + Strong teamwork and communication skills. + Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. + Willingness to work in a climate-controlled setting (45-50 degrees).
