Schedule: PRN Shift: Night-Weekend (United States of America) Address: 410 S 11TH ST City: LAKE WALES State: Florida Postal Code: 33853 Job Description: + Provides timely pastoral care and spiritual support to patients, families, and staff during crises, emergencies, and routine situations. + Responds to inpatient referrals within 24 hours and outpatient referrals within 48 hours, including evening and weekend chaplaincy care. + Participates in mandatory facility-wide and department training/meetings, demonstrating knowledge of fire, safety, security, and disaster procedures. + Collaborates with community clergy, local congregations, and community events to provide spiritual care and lead educational workshops. + Engages in leadership spiritual formation and supports campus/entity leadership through spiritual care and mission resources.
