Reports and resolves customer service issues in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborates with radiology staff and other departments to facilitate coordinated patient care. Utilizes supplies and resources efficiently, recognizing and reporting equipment malfunctions to prevent costly repairs. Complies with governing body standards and directives. Follows patient identification and verification processes prior to performing exams or procedures. Demonstrates evidence of continuous professional development. Performs other duties as assigned.
