Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Greenwich, Connecticut. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Executive Team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our organization. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and organize meetings for the Executive Team. u2022 Ensure efficient office operations for executive offices and preschool facilities, maintaining a detail-oriented atmosphere. u2022 Assist in preparing grant-related documentation, compliance reports, and accreditation materials. u2022 Perform accurate data entry and provide administrative support for various health, education, and human service initiatives. u2022 Oversee office supplies and building inventory, including ordering and organizing as needed. u2022 Monitor facility issues and participate in the Safety Committee to uphold a safe and secure workplace. u2022 Collaborate with staff and leadership to enhance administrative workflows and improve efficiency. u2022 Handle receptionist duties, including welcoming guests and managing inbound communications. u2022 Complete additional administrative tasks as required to support organizational goals. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within non-profit organizations. u2022 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. u2022 Proficiency in data entry and office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented approach. u2022 Familiarity with grant preparation and compliance reporting is a plus. u2022 Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. u2022 Experience with office inventory management and facility oversight. u2022 Commitment to contributing to a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
