Description Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented Expense Report Administrator to join our team in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate expense processing and compliance, as well as supporting corporate programs such as vehicle reimbursements and Amex card issuance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience with Concur and Excel. Responsibilities: u2022 Review and process employee expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. u2022 Manage corporate Amex card issuance and oversee related administrative tasks. u2022 Administer the vehicle reimbursement program and verify proper documentation. u2022 Utilize Concur to handle expense management workflows efficiently. u2022 Perform light accounting tasks, including invoice coding and processing. u2022 Maintain accurate records and provide reports using Excel. u2022 Collaborate with team members to resolve expense-related inquiries with a focus on customer service. u2022 Ensure adherence to financial guidelines and company procedures. u2022 Identify and address discrepancies in expense submissions promptly. u2022 Support other accounts payable responsibilities as needed.
