Provides regular updates and reports to senior management on major gift activities and outcomes. Tracks and reports on donor interactions and progress using donor management systems. Prepares and manages proposals and documentation for major gift solicitations. Collaborates with internal teams and stakeholders to align donor interests with organizational priorities. Coordinates and attends meetings, events, and visits with donors to strengthen relationships. Identifies potential major gift donors through research and data analysis. Engages potential donors by initiating contact and building relationships. Cultivates relationships with donors through personalized communication and engagement activities. Solicits major gifts by presenting compelling cases for support and making formal requests. Stewards donor relationships by providing ongoing communication, recognition, and updates on the impact of their gifts. Develops and implements strategic plans for donor engagement and cultivation.
