The Tax Controversy and Resolutions group is currently searching for a manager to focus on federal tax practice and procedure matters, including IRS notice resolution, information reporting and withholding, and IRS examinations and appeals.Qualifications:Active CPA or JDPrior experience with the Internal Revenue Service and/or the IRS Office of Chief Counsel helpful, but not required.At least 3 years of federal tax experience required; 4 or more years preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information and tax law.Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.Exceptional candidates will demonstrate:Strong tax technical and research skills in federal taxation, resulting in the production of exception written work products.
