Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an entry level Full-Time Maintenance Technician at our Kona Service Center 96740. This position does not require any experience or certifications.The Maintenance Technician performs car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and buy back/turn back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.Shift Schedule: 40 hours per week, which may include weekends, nights, and holidaysThe starting pay is $23.00/ hour. As for added compensation, the Maintenance Technicians are able to make an additional $1 per hour with a current Safety License Certificate. Today - and every day - the safety and wellbeing of employees, customers and the communities we serve is our top priority.Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levelsPerform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelinesRepair and replace tiresReplace wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers)Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a repair order (RO) to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repairComply with part and inventory tracking proceduresProvide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all servicesMay process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy backsFollow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standardsMaintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standardsSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily, including any physical demands.
