Job Description

As an Events Operations Lead, you are focused on ensuring operational excellence and execution of day-today activities at Demo Spaces within assigned regions, managing tech at client locations, and serving as the product experience expert for the Meta event team. This includes managing onsite client technology and a team of Demo Specialists to ensure a seamless white-glove experience for event attendees. The Events Operations Lead will lead training sessions on cutting-edge technologies for various audiences as well as serve as training experts in deliverables for a team of product demo specialists. The Events Operations Lead will serve as a strategic liaison between management and employees to optimize performance and deliver exceptional results. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance the brand experience and achieve overarching goals. The ideal candidate would excel in communication and organization and exhibit advanced emotional intelligence and have a well-developed executive presence.You are required to work in the Meta office 3 days a week. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs.
