Description Position Overview: Our client in Albany, NY is seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator on a temp-to-hire basis. This role will initially focus on payroll processing and will expand into broader HR responsibilities over time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a growing HR/payroll environment. Payroll Responsibilities: + Enter and maintain employee time records for approximately 100 non-union employees + Input time data into VPoint + Convert and import payroll data into ConnectPay + Partner with the payroll provider, who handles backend payroll processing + Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission + Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll-related inquiries HR Responsibilities: + Support HR policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations + Assist with HR compliance initiatives + Support benefits administration, including insurance and 401(k) plans + Maintain employee records and HR documentation + Provide general HR administrative support as needed Requirements Qualifications: + Prior payroll experience required + Basic understanding of HR functions and compliance preferred + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Comfortable learning new systems and software + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
