The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s (IDHW) Division of Management Services (DMS) has an exciting opportunity for a proactive Office Services Supervisor to lead a fingerprint technician team from Coeur d’Alene. This position will play a critical role in protecting vulnerable adult and children populations in Idaho as a first line supervisor of fingerprint technicians for the Background Check Unit (BCU). This leader will be ensuring timeliness of criminal history background check processing, setting goals and expectations for their team members in support of IDHW missions, values, and goals, and engaging with positive relationships between BCU and its stakeholders. We are searching for individuals with exemplary leadership skills, a tenacity to problem-solve, willingness to communicate early and often with team members, eagerness to step in and complete day-to-day, front line tasks, and promote data-drive decision making. This position is not eligible for telework. The successful applicant will be required to complete a criminal history background investigation. Employment is dependent upon satisfactory results of the investigation.
