Heritage Landing is hiring for a Member Services AttendantThe Member Services Attendant (Amenities) supports a positive member experience by monitoring all club amenities to ensure access is limited to members and their guests and that all amenity rules are followed. This role is service-focused, visible, and professional, helping maintain a safe, orderly, and enjoyable environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor designated amenities (Resort Pool, Racquet Sports, Fitness Center, Tiki Bar)Verify member access when necessary and address unauthorized use professionallyEnsure compliance with amenity rules (e.g., no coolers, safety and conduct guidelines)Provide courteous assistance to members and guestsServe as a visible, approachable presence within amenity areasReport incidents, concerns, or maintenance issues to managementMaintain club standards of professionalism and hospitalityQualificationsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to enforce rules respectfully and consistentlyProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to remain alert and attentivePrior hospitality, customer service, or club experience preferredPhysical & Scheduling RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysWork EnvironmentPrimarily outdoor and indoor amenity areas with frequent member interaction.
