Duties: u00b7 Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development u00b7 Proactively source candidates for priority roles using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, user groups, industry events, and employee referrals. u00b7 Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for high demand and evergreen roles. u00b7 Utilize Boolean search, keyword optimization, and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive talent. u00b7 Conduct initial outreach, nurture candidates, and deliver an engaging, personalized candidate experience. u00b7 Provide recruiters and hiring managers with market intelligence, talent availability insights, and competitive landscape data. u00b7 Track sourcing performance metrics and share recommendations for continuous improvement. u00b7 Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit (experience, skills, interest level, compensation expectations). u00b7 Present qualified candidate profiles and summaries to recruiters/hiring managers. u00b7 Work closely with recruiters and HR partners to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. u00b7 Attend intake meetings, calibration discussions, and hiring team debriefs. u00b7 Maintain accurate and timely updates within the ATS/CRM. u00b7 Leverage sourcing tools and automation platforms to increase efficiency (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut,).
