Description We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team in Fairfield, California. This is a contract-to-permanent position within the wholesale distribution industry. The ideal candidate will oversee customer service operations, ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage teams, address customer needs, and contribute to the companyu2019s success. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead and manage customer service teams to ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions. u2022 Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively. u2022 Manage scheduling and staffing decisions to ensure adequate coverage and optimal service levels. u2022 Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and ensure compliance with company policies. u2022 Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate tracking and replenishment of products. u2022 Monitor compliance with safety and security protocols, addressing any discrepancies promptly. u2022 Conduct market research to identify opportunities for improving customer service and understand competitor practices. u2022 Collaborate with loss prevention teams to safeguard company assets and reduce risks. u2022 Supervise merchandising efforts to maximize sales and ensure displays meet company standards. u2022 Address operational challenges by stepping into various roles as needed during peak times or staffing shortages. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a retail or wholesale setting. u2022 Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage teams effectively. u2022 Proficiency in inventory management systems and scheduling tools. u2022 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns diplomatically. u2022 Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards. u2022 Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitor practices. u2022 Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques. u2022 Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
