Sales Leadership & Team Development Lead a team of 5 inside sales representatives, providing coaching, structure, and performance oversight. Get new sales hires ramped quickly and efficiently. Support the team by assisting on deals, running discovery calls, and delivering demos when needed. Help junior sellers assess deal quality, kill bad deals early, and maintain a clean, accurate pipeline. Sales Execution (Playeru2013Coach) Own and participate directly in driving deals, particularly larger enterprise opportunities. Manage warm inbound leads while driving outbound sales activity to keep pipeline health strong. Work multiu2011threaded deals involving legal, security, and crossu2011departmental partners. Navigate 6u201312 month sales cycles with discipline and persistence. Sales Operations & Process Improvement Build, refine, and optimize sales processes, pipeline stages, and CRM workflows. Strengthen data accuracy and improve forecasting precision to within 10u201315%. Leverage tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms to drive productivity. Develop operational scorecards and analytics using Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Strategic Impact Contribute to enterprise strategy and support the organizationu2019s growth initiatives. Analyze performance trends and drive KPI improvements (calls, emails, inbound conversion ratios, win rates, etc.). Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategy with broader business goals.
