As a Program Strategy Manager, you will define and execute strategies that shape our product portfolio across mobility services. Your work will ensure we deliver differentiated offerings that balance customer experience, product market fit, and profitability. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 What Youu2019ll Do: + Own Product Portfolio Strategy: Develop frameworks to manage a diverse product mix, aligning pricing, fleet composition, and customer segments for maximum impact. + Analyze Market & Customer Trends: Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements that expand our Total Addressable Market (TAM). Model profitability expectations for new products across a range of scenarios. + Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with operations, revenue management, and technology teams to bring product strategies to life. + Drive Innovation: Launch pilots, test new offerings, and iterate based on performance metrics and customer feedback. + Influence Leadership Decisions: Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and guide investment priorities. What Weu2019re Looking For: + Proven Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or revenue strategyu2014bonus points if itu2019s in mobility, logistics, or tech. Youu2019ve led projects that delivered measurable results. + Education That Counts: You hold a bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field. A masteru2019s is a plus, but your impact matters more than your title. + Data Fluency: Youu2019re fluent in Excel and SQL and have built models and automated reports that drive real decisions. Youu2019ve used tools like Tableau or Power BI to turn data into stories. + Strategic Mindset: You think beyond the numbers.
