Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Medical Biller position for an office in Tyler. We are a full-service staffing firm that partners with companies across East Texas to fill full-time, part-time, and temporary openings. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! In this role, you will: Review, prepare, and submit medical claims to insurance companies and payers Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims to ensure timely reimbursement Post payments, adjustments, and handle account reconciliation Communicate with insurance carriers, patients, and internal staff regarding billing questions We like to hear from candidates with the following: At least 2 years of experience in medical insurance verification within a clinic or hospital setting (preferred) Prior experience in medical billing, medical office administration, or revenue cycle management Strong knowledge of insurance plans, eligibility verification, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and EOBs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with medical billing software and Microsoft Office Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift Pay Range: Based on experience Benefits: Eligible for benefits upon permanent hire
