Duties & Responsibilities Greet and assist members of the public in person, by phone, and via email Answer and route incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and assistance Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner Process applications, forms, and requests with a high level of accuracy Research and update records, including handling returned or undeliverable correspondence Prepare and send outgoing communications and notifications Scan, index, and review documents to ensure clarity and completeness Update and document changes and requests in internal systems in accordance with established procedures Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED One or more years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or specialized clerical work, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Ability to perform all essential job functions successfully Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures Proficiency in common office software applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Professional verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism Ability to work evenings and weekends as operational needs require
