Job Title: Service Support Specialist Job Description The Service Support Coordinator provides critical administrative and logistical support to the field service team to ensure technicians can operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. This Service Support Coordinator manages travel arrangements, maintains service-related documentation, and supports daily operations that keep the service department running smoothly. Responsibilities + Provide administrative and logistical support to the field service team. + Manage travel arrangements and service-related documentation. + Ensure technicians operate efficiently and in compliance with DOT requirements. + Support daily operations to maintain smooth functioning of the service department. Essential Skills + 3+ yearsu2019 experience in service coordination support, dispatching, or related role. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines. + Knowledge or willingness to learn DOT regulations and vehicle compliance. + Proficiency with scheduling systems, enterprise software, and Microsoft Office suite. + Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or Microsoft Dynamics D365 (D365).
