Description We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our team in Covington, Louisiana. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of Windows operating systems and Active Directory. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond to technical support inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure end-user satisfaction. u2022 Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory accounts, ensuring proper access and security protocols. u2022 Provide assistance with Microsoft Windows 10 installations, updates, and configurations. u2022 Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across various devices. u2022 Track and prioritize service desk tickets to maintain efficient workflow. u2022 Deliver clear and concise technical guidance to users experiencing difficulties. u2022 Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and propose effective solutions. u2022 Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and resolutions. u2022 Assist in the setup and maintenance of workstations and peripheral equipment. u2022 Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in Active Directory administration and troubleshooting. u2022 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 operating system. u2022 Experience with basic troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software issues. u2022 Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems. u2022 Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. u2022 Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. u2022 Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation. u2022 Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
