What Youu2019ll Do Drive Membership Sales: 50+ outbound calls/day, high-energy tours, follow-ups, lead generation through community outreach and referrals. Build Relationships & Retain Members: Guide new members through on-boarding, promote personal training, provide a supportive, welcoming experience. Support Club Operations: Assist with admin, lead tracking, collaborate with the Club Director, maintain a professional environment.
