This is your opportunity to take ownership of complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and play a pivotal role in advancing our technical capabilities for sustainable communities.What You'll Do:Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for water, wastewater, and stormwater projectsPlan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staffMonitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize issues in vital infrastructureComplete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutionsProvide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staffWhat You Bring:Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering requiredMinimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required; water, wastewater, stormwater experience preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredAdvanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft OfficeStrong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws.Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredWhy You'll Love It Here:Lead challenging water, wastewater, and stormwater projects that push the boundaries of engineering and environmental stewardshipMentor and inspire junior engineers dedicated to protecting public health and delivering sustainable solutionsCollaborate with talented professionals across disciplines in a flexible work environmentCurious about the impactful work our Water team is doing?
