Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is working with our client in _East Berlin, CT_ to hire a Licensed Pharmacy Technician for an in-person role. Type: Contract to Hire Pay Rate: $23-$25.60 based on experience Hours: Monday-Friday 3:30p-12a/every other weekend is required (OT may be required) Responsibilities Include: + Fills daily drug orders accurately and efficiently in a timely manner, under the supervision of a pharmacist + Assists in processing returned drugs and recycle/dispose per procedure + Assist in prepacking frequently ordered medications, label and store, as needed during low volume times + Packages materials and products manually + Pull/pick medications from shelving and other medication storage areas (prepack racks) + Applies labels to blister cards and then scans product for accuracy check + Alerts pharmacist on duty of any medication/product that is not scanning properly + Maintains designated workstation areas and replenishes all stock supplies needed + Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPPA Requirements Include: + HS Diploma or GED + CT issued Pharmacy Technician license - active and in good standing + National Certification is not required, but preferred + Ability to work at a moderate speed + Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Why Work for Adecco? u00b7 Excellent Weekly Pay u00b7 401(k) Plan u00b7 Skills Training u00b7 Excellent Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits IMPORTANT: This Pharmacy Technician position is being recruited for by Adeccou2019s Healthcare and Life Science division, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
