Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and oversee multiple tax engagements for a variety of clients, including individuals, corporations, and partnerships. u2022 Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the firmu2019s business portfolio. u2022 Provide expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and strategies to optimize tax outcomes for clients. u2022 Conduct thorough tax research and resolve complex tax issues, ensuring adherence to current regulations. u2022 Review and approve tax returns and related documentation prepared by staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance. u2022 Partner with audit teams to assist clients in audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting. u2022 Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and reputation. u2022 Mentor and support entry level team members, encouraging their growth and skill development. u2022 Monitor industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to improve firm operations and services. Requirements u2022 Active CPA license required. u2022 Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting, including handling tax and audit assignments. u2022 Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and drive business growth. u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills. u2022 Proficiency in tax and accounting software u2022 Expertise in corporate tax returns, annual income tax provisions, and entity formation. u2022 Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
