THE WORK The RMS Courseware & Training (CWT) Team is seeking an Interactive Media Associate Manager. This position requires a strong foundation in media and video production, coupled with proven leadership experience. The role will oversee the media and video production team supporting the Joint Strike Fighter (F 35) program at Eglin Air Force Base. As a hands on manager, you will be directly responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining graphic and video projects, as well as ensuring all contractual obligations and organizational team processes are met and maintained. Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, the items listed below. u2022 Leading the Interactive Media and Video Media Teams. The employee will provide on-site support for our JSF Training program and customers in Eglin, FL, to fulfill contract and organizational needs. u2022 Working directly with the Instructional Designer (ISD) Courseware and Training (CWT) Manager as well as Program Managers to understand workload requirements, contractual obligations and provide support as needed. u2022 Completing performance review (mid-year and year end) via the LM system for all designated Eglin Interactive Media and Video personnel. u2022 Ensuring staffing is adequate for tasks assigned. u2022 Recruiting and hiring. u2022 Ensuring employee development/training. u2022 Managing the development and administration of the team software tools. u2022 Ensuring program performance metrics meet or exceed set measurement. u2022 Ensuring scrum schedules are on track. u2022 Ensuring all quality processes are met. u2022 Administering disciplinary employee actions (if required). Basic Qualifications: u2022 Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Graphic and Interactive media principles u2022 5+ years of related experience u2022 Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Video Production and editing processes u2022 Previous leadership/supervisory experience. u2022 Multi-tasking along with good communication (oral and written) and presentation skills u2022 Demonstrated ability to work independently with little or no guidance u2022 Experience with continuous improvement and lean process thinking. Desired Skills: u2022 Intermediate to Advanced understanding of an Agile environment. u2022 Experience in JIRA. u2022 Instructional Design conceptual knowledge. u2022 Adobe Creative Suite knowledge. u2022 Experience Training creation. u2022 DoD experience is helpful but not required. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
