Job Description A client of Insight Global specializing in the manufacturing of vertical lift equipment is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Manila, AR. In this role you will work with the design team to tailor equipment designs for customers, support manufacturing operations and implement process improvement changes. You will also be responsible for: u2022u2003Lead process flow and fixture design to improve efficiency and quality u2022u2003Develop and troubleshoot PLC/controls systems for automation u2022u2003Drive planning, capital projects, and strategic initiatives u2022u2003Create and manage CAD models and technical documentation u2022u2003Mentor junior engineers and peers by sharing technical knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned to elevate team capability and performance u2022u2003Manage projects, CI initiatives, and Lean implementation u2022u2003Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools u2022u2003Apply DFM principles and manage ECNs/ECRs u2022u2003Provide hands-on support and resolve complex production issues u2022u2003Own deliverables, demonstrate growth, and communicate effectively We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
