Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Walpole, New Hampshire. In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional service to both online and in-store customers. As this is a Contract to permanent position, it offers an excellent pathway for career growth within our organization. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide outstanding support to customers in both online and retail settings, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns. u2022 Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency. u2022 Collaborate with departments such as Shipping, Production, and Factory teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience. u2022 Work closely with the E-Commerce team and retail staff to address discrepancies and resolve complaints. u2022 Utilize NetSuite or similar order entry systems to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. u2022 Troubleshoot connectivity or technical issues that may impact customer service operations. u2022 Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. u2022 Stay informed about company products, policies, and services to provide accurate information to customers. u2022 Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and implement solutions in collaboration with the team. Requirements u2022 At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment. u2022 Proficiency in handling multiple browsers and navigating online systems for order processing. u2022 Strong skills in email correspondence and effective communication. u2022 Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues and ensure customer success. u2022 Experience troubleshooting connectivity challenges and technical issues. u2022 High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage customer interactions and records. u2022 Familiarity with NetSuite or similar order entry systems is highly preferred. u2022 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
