Easton Manufacturer will TRAIN on all aspects of manufacturing and extrusion process. LEARN A NEW CAREER and continue to grow! Requirements:• Installing of molds including all hydraulic, water, and electrical connections where needed• Start-up of molding machines and auxiliary equipment to pre-established process parameters• Basic troubleshooting of injection molding processes and automation equipment• Pre-inspection of molded product prior to submitting for quality inspection• Safe removal of molds from the molding machine for planned maintenance• Responsible for the promotion of and adherence to all appropriate safety practices • A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required• A minimum of 3 years of experience in injection molding manufacturing is required• Basic computer skills desired • An understanding of Scientific Injection Molding Principles or equivalent is desired but not required• The ability to use basic hand tools is required• The ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures • Basic math skills, with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute percentages and work with decimals and fractions, required• The ability to work 12 hour shifts and occasionally work holidays• The ability to be standing 70% of the time and can lift up to 50 pounds• Ability to use measurement equipment to include calipers, micrometers, etc.
