Oversees associates in the execution of strategies to deliver a tailored customer experience within assigned department(s). Utilizes leadership skills to empower associates to create a positive environment that drives the customer experience and Exchange brand pletion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience. Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility.
