With an eye for continuous improvement and a passion for results, they don't just keep networks running-they make them extraordinary.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree - Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience8 or more years of related experienceStrong experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processesScripting experience with one of PowerShell, Perl, Ansible, VB Script, Python, SQLStrong experience with n-tier solutionsStrong experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service ExpectationsStrong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirementsStrong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisionsStrong experience using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problemsStrong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysisPreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree - Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experienceExperience in a Healthcare environment8 or more years of experience with Cisco collaboration technologies and network technologiesCCIE-Collaboration / Voice certification with DevOps and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) knowledgeOracle SBC design and administration expertiseExperience with Cisco ISR as a Voice GatewayCisco CUBE proficiencyLevel 3 CUCM Administration experienceBulk Administration experienceStrong knowledge of Cisco FLEX licensing modelsExperience with automation and network device programmingPython scripting skillsAdvanced proficiency in ExcelSIP Trunking experience (ISP, Legacy PBX, Avaya, Third-Party)PSTN connectivity knowledgeQuality of Service experti
