You'll help your crew turn out products that meet the mark and stand the test of time.What It Takes to Keep Quality Strong1+ years of experience in auditing and inventory controlPhysically able to stand, move, and lift (up to) 50 lbs.Must be comfortable working in a chill refrigerated warehouse environment (with temperatures as low as 30 degrees Fahrenheit)Be detailed orientedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable making quick, informed decisions with limited informationAbility to interpret written, verbal, and diagram-based instructionsIntermediate Excel skills preferredAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a teamStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detailWillingness to get involved across all aspects of the processOn the Floor, Every ShiftBreak down, audit, and reassemble outbound pallets before load dispatch. Identify, document, and report picking errors during the audit process. Correct errors to ensure 100% pallet accuracy. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring inventory issues. Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with system reports. Assist with moving outbound pallets and warehouse inventory as needed. Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and issue resolution. May lead, guide, or train team members performing related work. Operate warehouse equipment, including order pickers (cherry picker), sit-down, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks. Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations.
