As a Staff Product Manager on the Trust & Safety, Driver Earnings team, you will focus on Accounting, Tax & Reconciliation, . You will own the financial integrity of the driver earnings lifecycleu2014spanning tax calculation, 1099 reporting, daily accounting accuracy, invoicing, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance. Youu2019ll ensure that the data, systems, and UI surfaces that support driver earnings and accounting are precise, compliant, and transparent. This role is deeply cross functional across Tax, Accounting, Finance Systems, Compliance, Disbursements, and Legal. Youu2019ll steward products that move millions of dollars daily to gig drivers, uphold reporting obligations, prevent financial discrepancies, and strengthen trust through flawless execution. What you'll do... Own Tax, Reporting & Compliance + Lead product strategy forgig economytax operations, including 1099 creation, filing, corrections, and distribution. + Ensure earnings data is compliant with federal, state, and local tax rules;anticipateregulatory changes and translate them into scalable product solutions. + Partner with Tax and Compliance to implement new reporting requirements,andaudit readydocumentation. Drive Accounting Accuracy & Reconciliation + Supportsystems that reconcilemillions of transactionswith a high degree of financial precision. + Partner with Accounting and Financeteamsto ensureaccurateGLmapping,and settlement. + Ensure disbursements to drivers flow through our partnerbanking solutions with zero defects. + Identifyand resolve discrepancies proactively, designing automated guardrails that prevent recurrence. Product Leadership & Execution + Own product strategy, roadmap, PRDs, and KPI frameworks foraccounting,taxand reconciliation workflows. + Ship resilient, scalable systems that support rapid growth while reducing operational overhead.
