General Summary: The Real Fresh Brands Program Specialist supports Harbor Foods’ Real Fresh Brands by providing comprehensive administrative and program management assistance to the RFB Team. This role is responsible for tracking programs, managing data, supporting product and promotional initiatives, and ensuring effective communication with customers and internal teams. The Specialist also facilitates the onboarding of new RFB Program locations and maintains program compliance and process documentation. Position reports to Product Manager - Real Fresh Brands at Harbor Corporate.We offer limited/some hybrid eligibilityCompensation:$27-30/hour.Hourly:Full-TimeBenefits Summary:Benefits for Harbor Team Members include vacation, sick time, personal floating holiday, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with a generous employer match and some great Harbor perksEssential Job Functions: RFB Support - Inclusive of reporting, tracking, data analysis and creation of new SOPs for Real Fresh Brands.Daily/Weekly functions to include:RFB reporting, tracking and data analysisNew RFB customer onboarding processProgram compliance tracking and enforcementCreate and maintain RFB customer email lists to drive customer communicationsReview RFB TV Menu update requests for item complianceUpdate QSR & Coffee location finders on RFB websitesAnswer consumer inquiries from RFB websitesCoordinate RFB initiativesMonthly and Recurring functions may include:LTO launches, tracking, and ongoing sales communicationsAssemble and distribute new item launch, and LTO, POS kitsUpdate RFB cost of goods breakdowns and scannable order guidesManage procurement and distribution of RFB POS and uniform itemsMaintain, update, and assemble RFB Partner Handbooks & Job AidsDevelop and send out RFB Program E-Newsletters using MailChimp systemEvent support- grand openings, samplings, tradeshowsCreate train the trainer SOPsTravel to implement new processes and RFB items with field trainersProduct R & D in LaceyCreate price factor models & comparisons for RFB productsProjects may include:Create and maintain RFB Date Code Genie customer portalBuild out and maintain RFB SharePointNew RFB sales sheets and flyers for sales teamImplement customer satisfaction surveysTraining videosCreate spec sheets and nutritional information database for RFB itemsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Outstanding written and verbal communicationDetail oriented and highly organized Must be a self-starter with good self-directionAbility to work alone and independently for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment where details and resourcefulness are key attributesProactive attitudeEducation and Experience: HS diploma or equivalentMS Office Suite with focus on Outlook and Excel at an intermediate to advanced levelMicrosoft Dynamics NAV experience is a plusDirect experience within a fast-paced environmentPrevious administrative experience in foodservice, retail, or merchandising environments is strongly preferredExperience in Foodservice and Product R&D preferredExperience in training others preferredLicense and Certifications: ServSafe Manager Certification required
