This role supports the integrity of employee data, ensures effective system operations, and delivers analytics and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.HRIS Administration & OptimizationServe as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for HRIS platforms, including core HR modules such as job profiles, organizational structure, and position managementMaintain and configure systems including ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, or other platforms, ensuring accurate setup of user roles, workflows, business processes, and integrationsMonitor and ensure data integrity and accuracy through routine audits, validation checks, and system maintenanceManage role-based access, security, and compliance protocols across HR systemsIdentify, recommend, and implement system enhancements and configuration updates to improve user experience and process efficiencyReporting & AnalyticsDevelop, maintain, and distribute recurring HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity metrics, organizational charts)Support HR and business leaders with ad hoc reporting and data analyses to support decision-making and strategic initiativesPartner with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on data needs and reportingProjects & Stakeholder SupportLead or participate in HR technology projects including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and testingCollaborate with global HR teams to ensure system standardization, scalability, and compliance across all locationsProvide training, documentation, and support to HR users and managers on system functionality and best practicesStay current on trends and developments in HR technology, recommending innovations to improve operational effectivenessBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in HRIS administration or HR technology roles, preferably in a manufacturing or life sciences environmentStrong working knowledge of an enterprise HRIS system (ADP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.Proven experience with system configuration, user access management, data governance, and integration managementAdvanced Excel and proficiency in reporting/analytics toolsAbility to manage sensitive HR data with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functional teamsA continuous improvement mindset and curiosity about emerging HR technologiesExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) a plus Global System administrationExperiencing leveraging AI toolsHybrid working environment
