Inside Sales Representative- Ashburn, VA areaAre you a natural connector who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and driving results? HazTek is looking for a high‑energy Inside Sales Representative who loves engaging with customers, creating opportunities, and playing a key role in company growth. In this role, you will help fuel HazTek’s expansion by finding new customers and strengthening existing relationships, generate leads, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with a dynamic sales team, and leverage marketing initiatives and industry insights to position HazTek as a trusted leader in safety services.Proactively research industries and decision makers to uncover new opportunities.Build strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.Engage prospective and current clients through consistent outreach.Collaborate with sales team members to develop tailored strategies.Respond quickly to customer inquiries.Convert inbound prospect calls.Communicate HazTek’s services, pricing, and value.Qualify leads and set appointments.Follow up on promotions and initiatives.Log customer information in CRM.Prepare proposals.Stay informed on industry developments.Support tradeshow efforts.Support broader sales goals.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or equivalent.5+ years customer-facing experience.3+ years sales experience.Experience with prospecting, appointment setting, CRM systems, and sales techniques.PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Experience generating new business, managing a client book, construction industry experience, and safety industry knowledge.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to qualify opportunities and build rapport. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Strong multitasking and organization. Positive, enthusiastic demeanor. Works independently and as part of a team.Availability Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, occasional after-hours needs.
