By seamlessly connecting schools with our network of highly qualified, licensed clinicians, we offer a range of essential services that are both accessible and impactful.Position Overview:We are currently seeking a Bilingual Psychologist to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing culturally and linguistically responsive psychological services to students, supporting their academic achievement, social-emotional development, and mental health working onsite.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations of students' cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning in both English and the target language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).Interpret assessment results and communicate findings to students, families, teachers, and school staff in a clear and culturally sensitive manner.Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social-emotional concerns, behavioral challenges, and mental health issues impacting learning and well-being.Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and community resources to develop and implement interventions and support plans to address students' needs.Conduct crisis intervention and provide support to students and families in times of crisis or emergency situations, collaborating with school staff and community resources as needed.Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and presentations for students, parents, and school staff on topics such as stress management, coping skills, and cultural competence.Maintain accurate and confidential records of psychological assessments, counseling sessions, consultation meetings, and other relevant documentation.Qualifications:Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field from an accredited program.Current state licensure or certification as a Psychologist.Certification or proficiency in the target language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).Previous experience working as a psychologist in a school or educational setting, preferably with bilingual and multicultural populations.Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, mental health issues, and evidence-based intervention strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students, families, and school staff from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.Proficiency in assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation.Experience in working with school systems (working onsite preferred).Benefits:Competitive salaryComprehensive health and wellness benefits packageFlexible work arrangementsOpportunities for professional development and growthCollaborative and supportive work environmentEqual Opportunity Employer:E-Therapy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
