Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: u2022 Ability to lead the employees of their unit in the delivery of patient care u2022 Ability to lead performance improvement initiatives on their assigned unit u2022 Ability to think critically in relation to the operations of the unit and delivery of patient care u2022 Ability to manage the business of healthcare delivery on their unit, including assessing and managing financial practices/Productivity management u2022 Able to assist and mentor others in relation to the technology utilized on the unit u2022 Excellent clinical practice knowledge and is able to apply this knowledge to the unit setting u2022 Ability to influence relationships and behaviors in relation to meeting the needs of the unit Education: u2022 Associate's of Nursing [Required] u2022 Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] Work Experience: u2022 1+ charge nurse or relevant leadership experience.
