Position Summary The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment in a fastu2011paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures safe, efficient, and accurate machine performance while supporting overall production goals. Key Responsibilities + Set up and operate production and manufacturing machines + Perform machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments to support scheduled operations + Load materials and verify proper calibration, labeling accuracy, and equipment readiness + Monitor machine performance and complete visual and dimensional inspections using comparators, calipers, micrometers, or other handheld tools + Maintain documentation such as production logs, downtime reports, and quality check records + Identify and communicate mechanical or quality-related issues to supervisors and team members promptly + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company safety policies at all times + Assist in basic preventative maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of assigned machinery + Support a fastu2011paced, teamu2011oriented production environment and adapt to multiple shifts when needed Qualifications + Prior experience operating production or manufacturing experience. + Basic math skills and English communication abilities. + Willingness to learn, follow detailed instructions, and work collaboratively in a structured environment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mahwah, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
