Job Title: Machine Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator who will be responsible for setting up machines to initiate a production cycle, controlling and adjusting machine settings, and feeding raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines. Responsibilities + Set up machines to start a production cycle. + Control and adjust machine settings, such as speed. + Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines. + Operate and monitor production machinery effectively. Essential Skills + Proficiency in machine operation and production processes. + Experience with general labor, assembly, and general production. + Ability to read blueprints and use calipers. + Knowledge of press operation and stamping techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in a machine shop environment with press and stamping machines. Why Work Here? We offer various shifts, including 1st shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 2 AM over four 10-hour shifts, and 3rd shift from 4:30 PM to 8:30 AM over three 12-hour shifts, paid for 40 hours. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Attleboro, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
