Job Description The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership and employees, leading all aspects of human resources management at the facility. This role is responsible for fostering a high-performance culture through talent development, employee engagement, labor relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: u2003u2022 Provide guidance on HR policies and programs to support business goals u2003u2022 Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning u2003u2022 Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations u2003u2022 Manage union interactions and compliance with collective bargaining agreements (if applicable) u2003u2022 Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies u2003u2022 Coordinate training and development programs u2003u2022 Track and analyze HR metrics u2003u2022 Lead/support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Reporting Structure & Team: u2003u2022 Reports to: Plant Manager u2003u2022 Direct Reports: 4 (Senior HR Generalist, HR Assistant, Assistant HR Manager, Senior Generalist Payroll and Benefits) u2003u2022 Plant Size: 500 (includes temporary staff, hourly, and direct employees) Compensation: $130,000 to $145,000 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
