Responsibilities + Perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of operating rooms between cases and after procedures + Maintain a safe, sterile environment by following infection prevention and perioperative cleaning protocols + Clean and restock surgical suites, equipment surfaces, and high-touch areas + Properly handle and dispose of medical waste, linens, and sharps containers + Respond quickly to urgent cleaning needs in a fast-paced surgical setting + Work closely with surgical, nursing, and anesthesia teams to support on-time case starts Qualifications Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: + Customer/patient focused + Interpersonal skills + Ability to read, speak and understand English + Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills + Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform functions of the position Ready to make a difference?
