Industrial Maintenance Technician Pay Rate - $26/hr+- 2nd shift/3rd shift Responsibilities + Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery and equipment. + Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of machines. + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system issues and perform necessary repairs promptly. + Utilize technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints to identify equipment problems and determine appropriate repair procedures. + Respond to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions in a timely manner. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history. + Collaborate with production personnel to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions. + Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest modifications to enhance equipment performance. + Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. + Assist in training and mentoring new maintenance staff members, as needed. Essential Skills + Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting. + Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. + Knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive maintenance and equipment calibration. + Familiarity with tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics. Work Environment, pay and shift: + This role requires working in a manufacturing or industrial setting with exposure to machinery and equipment. The position demands physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed is required. + 2nd/3rd shift + $25/hr - $32/hr Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Hugoton, KS.
