Adecco is recruiting for a Manufacturing HR Manager on behalf of our client, a growing manufacturing organization in Midcoast, Maine. This role will take ownership of core HR functions and partner closely with leadership to support continued business expansion. This is a highly visible opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, operationally engaged, and closely aligned with day-to-day business needs in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings experience in manufacturing or similar environments and is comfortable balancing strategy with day-to-day execution. Key Responsibilities + Direct and manage all aspects of HR operations, including systems, policies, and internal processes + Act as a key partner to leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness + Provide guidance on performance management, employee engagement, and compliance matters + Lead recruiting and hiring efforts to support business growth + Handle employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion + Oversee benefits, workersu2019 compensation, safety initiatives, and risk management programs + Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making Qualifications & Experience + Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus) + Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing or operations exposure strongly preferred + Well-rounded HR background covering compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits + Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment + Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to advise leaders at all levels + HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred Why Consider This Role + This position is a direct-hire role with salaried pay. + Opportunity to influence and shape HR practices during a period of growth + Collaborative leadership team that values HR as a business partner + Stable, Maine-based organization with long-term vision + Primarily onsite role with flexibility when needed Benefits/Comprehensive Package that includes: u00b7 Medical, Dental, Vision and Life u00b7 401k, PTO and Parental Leave Bring your expertise, leadership, and vision to our team .
