Pay Range: $17.75 - $26.00 per hour All job offers will be based on a candidateu2019s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data Phlebotomistu2019s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, additional days and hours may be required Work Location: Westborough, MA Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Job Responsibilities: u00b7 Assist with the onboarding of new employees as well as initial training to ensure a positive new hire experience u00b7 Provide on-going group and individualized training for purposes of work performance enhancement and general education u00b7 Deliver training in the areas of company and department policies and procedures, department related competencies and Lab Information Systems u00b7 Develop and implement appropriate resources and programs to accomplish training objectives u00b7 Evaluate and update existing training materials and plans u00b7 Serve as a procedural and compliance resource for department employees u00b7 Support leadership with their goals in relation to quality and service metrics u00b7 Assist with the creation of improvement plans for underperforming employees u00b7 Maintain accurate logs and records for all trainings conducted u00b7 Provide training with respect and professionalism at all times u00b7 Assist with the workflow during times of high volume or when coverage is needed u00b7 May travel to client sites and other branches to assist in training u00b7 Research industry related information when necessary u00b7 Additional administrative tasks as needed Requirements: u00b7 High school diploma or equivalent u00b7 Minimum 3 years of Phlebotomy experience drawing patients of all ages u00b7 Previous training or leadership experience is a plus u00b7 Strong communication skills; both written and verbal u00b7 High attention to detail and time management skills u00b7 Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service u00b7 Flexibility to travel throughout territory for training purposes u00b7 Comfortable working under minimal supervision u00b7 Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office u00b7 Valid driver's license and clean driving record _If you're looking for a career that offers opportunities for growth, continual development, professional challenge and the chance to make a real difference, apply today_ Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer: Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
