Role Summary Support branch teams bystrengthening operational integrity, compliance, and risk managementacross the region. Partner closely with branch leadership to coach,train, and drive consistent execution of procedures. This role offersstrong visibility, leadership exposure, and growth within branchoperations. Key Accountabilities Own and drive the Region's BBQAperformance, using audit results to identify trends and coachingopportunities. Partner with branch and regional leaders to plan branchvisits, action plans, and operational improvements. Coach teams oncompliance, fraud prevention, operational controls, and risk managementpractices. Lead teller training and coordinate mentoring to ensureoperational readiness and consistency. Facilitate regional job familyand Teller Supervisor meetings to communicate procedural changes andbest practices. Manage District Required Deposit Documents and reduceoutstanding items over 30 days. Support onboarding and ongoingdevelopment for new Branch Managers, Assistant Managers, and TellerSupervisors.
