You'll learn how to troubleshoot water and pressure issues, repair and replace heads, nozzles, and valves, and maintain irrigation systems. Additionally, you'll gain knowledge of turfgrass types, insects, and this role, you will:u2022 Work outdoors on beautiful properties to ensure healthy and efficient irrigation systems.u2022 Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems to meet client needs.u2022 Learn to identify turfgrass species and common pests or diseases.u2022 Apply irrigation system knowledge to deliver high-quality service.u2022 Collaborate with field teams and contribute to delivering outstanding client experiences.About YouYou are:u2022 Eager to learn and grow within the irrigation and lawn care industry.u2022 Passionate about working outdoors and solving problems.u2022 Interested in gaining certifications and advancing your expertise.u2022 Responsible, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.u2022 Skilled in communication, both verbal and written, to understand and meet client needs.u2022 Ideally holding a degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience (preferred but not required).What is Essentialu2022 Willingness to complete required training to obtain necessary certifications and licenses.u2022 Desire to work outdoors in various weather conditions.u2022 Valid driver's license for operating service vehicles (CDL a plus).u2022 Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.Physical DemandsThese physical demands must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
